When will my letters be sent each month?

All monthly letters will be processed and mailed between the 12th and 15th of each month. Depending on your location, you should then expect to receive your letter before the end of the month. For our international customers, delivery times are just a bit longer.

When should I join?

Thinking of joining us? Karibu! Welcome! Bienevenue! If you subscribe BEFORE the 12th of the month, your first letter will mail ON the 12th, assuming that falls on a working day. Why the 12th? During the beginning of each month, our time is dedicated to creating & cultivating each Letter! Whether that involves planning, travelling abroad or working in our studio, each destination & Letter requires careful crafting. So if it’s researching, sketching, drawing, writing and painting, we dedicate the focus & time required to perfect the process, of these bespoke experiences, so they reach you, full of inspiration & authenticity. If you subscribe AFTER the 12th of the month, your first letter will be sent in 2-5 business days.

My letter hasn’t arrived, what shall I do?

Letters Travel Light are mailed all over the globe via Royal Mail or UPS. We therefore cannot guarantee a delivery date and unfortunately, sometimes letters do get lost in transit. Kindly allow up to 21 days from your subscription date to receive your letter (30 days for international). If your letter hasn’t arrived by then, please send us a note via the Contact Us page and we’ll happily send you another!

When are the letters sent?

Your first letter will be sent shortly after your first charge. Depending on which option you choose, your subscription will then charge and send each letter monthly, between the 12th and the 15th.

Are the letters designed for a particular age group?

The letters are designed to be inclusive, educational and for all ages! Curious and adventurous children and adults, will relish getting physical mail and discovering unique destinations.

How many should I order?

One subscription per family or household is recommended. If you are a school, other learning setting or business, dual or multiple subscriptions may be suitable to allow the resources to be adequately shared. If you are a public lending facility (Library etc) we issue a license fee for repeated use. Please get in touch with any questions you may have or for further details. All Letters and additional content are otherwise copyrighted and are non transferable.

Do you send letters internationally?

Yes, of course! We are UK based and mail globally. There is a slightly higher postage price for international mail.

Can I cancel anytime?

You certainly can. To cancel, simply go to Manage Subscriptions and type in the same email address you used to make your payment. You will then be sent a secure link to your unique customer portal. From here you can press the Cancel Subscription button or Renew your subscription as you wish.
