Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full, no obligation refund, within 24 hours of placing your order with us. Simply go to Manage Subscriptions to say you’ve changed your mind & we’ll sort it.

However, if more than 24 hours have passed since placing your order or if your package has already been prepared & mailed, a refund will not be possible.
